GlassBots · glassbots.com · This page: plain summary. The full policy (C-16) applies and is available on request. Last updated: August 2026.

The short version: our scorecard runs entirely in your browser and your answers never leave your device. We run no analytics and no advertising. If you work with us, we hold as little as possible, keep it in your region, delete it on a date we state in writing, and never ask for your passwords.

The scorecard

Computed on your device. Nothing is transmitted, stored, or tracked. This is not a policy promise about data we hold — it is how the page is built.

If you contact us

We keep the correspondence, and use it to answer you. That's it.

If you engage us

AI processing

Material is sent only to the model providers configured for your engagement, in jurisdictions you approve. Which model saw what, and when, is recorded per output.

Sub-processors

As few as possible, named in full in the policy: OpenRouter and routed model providers, GitHub, our email and hosting providers, and Tailspace for optional client-controlled support access. Changes are notified to active clients first.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can request access to the personal information we hold, ask for corrections, and complain — to us first at info@glassbots.com, and to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) if we let you down. Suspected breaches affecting you will be notified to you and the OAIC as the law requires.

Full policy (C-16) available on request. This page is a summary; where wording differs, the full policy governs.
