Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

GlassBots ("GlassBots", "we", "us") provides a free, locally-run software toolkit that checks AI agent systems, and an optional paid monthly service called Guard that analyses your check results and sends you a deeper report. You can reach us at info@glassbots.com.

2. What we provide

• The GlassBots Toolkit (free). A downloadable wizard that scores, scans, diagnoses and produces reports on your own machine. It runs locally. Your files stay on your machine; nothing is uploaded in the free flow.
• Guard (paid monthly). You send us your check results — findings and scores only, never the contents of your files — and we return a deeper technical report, a how-to-fix plan and an EU AI Act readiness statement by email. Delivered monthly while your subscription is active.

3. Not legal, compliance or certification advice

Everything we produce — scores, reports, readiness statements, repair plans — is readiness information only. It is not legal advice, not compliance advice, and not certification of any kind. Article references (for example to the EU AI Act) are pointers to help you find the right topics; they are not a verdict on your obligations. Regulatory outcomes depend on your specific circumstances — always confirm with a qualified professional before making decisions.

4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

• Guard is a paid monthly subscription. We charge the price shown at checkout from the start.
• The subscription auto-renews monthly at the price shown at checkout (currently $29/month for Guard, $79/month for Team (5)) unless you cancel. Billing is handled by our merchant of record, Paddle, which collects payment and handles taxes.
• Cancel anytime — from your billing portal or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Refunds work as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Toolkit only on systems you own or have permission to check, and not to use our services for anything unlawful. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on our reports.

6. Ownership

You own your files, your data and the reports we produce for you. We own the GlassBots software, brand, website and the methods behind the analysis. You may share your reports freely (they are yours) but may not resell the service or present our reports as your own product.

7. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep everything running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may improve or change the services — and we will always keep the free Toolkit free. If we change these terms, we post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date, and material changes are announced on this site.

8. Warranties and liability

The services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for any claim to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
